Daily Tracking ReportsMultiplier International has acquired GPS system on its trucks i.e. (flatbeds and low beds) for the tracking of trucks and cargo's to ensure maximum security for your goods. It provides the exact coordinates for the locations of the trucks and ultimately your cargo's.
Providing of daily report twice daily (Morning and evening) to you via email regarding your goods that are on transit by Multiplier International trucks and third party trucks as well. -
Detention/Free PeriodsMultiplier International allows 72 hours (Three days) as free period for the trucks from and at the port, 96 hours (four days) at border, and 48 hours (two days) at the offloading sites. Anything above these stated days/hours, detention will accrue on each truck for undue delayance. The rate is ¼ of the cost of loading. This rate is applicable for local destinations.
In case of International route or transit is USD 200 per truck for the delay at the border and on and off loading site per time stated above. We encourage our cherish clients to use our inter-border clearance agent to avoid payments of these detention charges on transit. -
Inter-border ClearanceWe have efficient and effective agents around East Africa borders for inter-border clearance. Normally we give 96 hours (four days) as free periods for border and site clearance of any transport consignment for both local and international routes. Multiplier International aim to save you from extra detention that will accrue from undue delays from border clearance. We have our own agents to assist you to clear your goods on time at the following borders: Tunduma, Mtukula, Kabanga, Holili, Namanga, Rusumo

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide trucks (flatbeds and low beds) for transportation of goods from Dar es Salaam ports, Tanga ports, Mtwara ports, warehouses or anywhere as instructed to any distribution sites across the country and beyond.
- Provide roadworthy vehicles that are in very good conditions and well maintained for the transportation of containers, heavy duty equipments and machinery, tippers, dump trucks etc. at very competitive rates to designated locations both local and international.
- The trucks are fully insured and taxed primarily locally and internationally.
- Commence loading of the trucks in warehouse or port immediately we receive instructions or loading permit from the clearing agents of the contractor.
- Multiplier Intentional should ensure that the trucks have container locks well fixed on the trailer.
- The containers should have container belt well fixed on the container during transit.
- Transport all container to destinations or terminals as indicated on the waybill.
- Complete the delivery of the total tonnage within the agreed period without any pilferages.
- Multiplier International can haul minimum of hundred (100) container to their various terminals and warehouses across the country on weekly basis without stress.
- Multiplier International should ensure that the goods transported are in good and safe condition.
